Glad I found this post and the questions has already been asked. I was wondering if this would be a good avenue as Ray was thinking.

Now that thought is no lnger a thought. :)

Hello Ryan!

Al Wiliamson (see above) has organized a BP meet-up for those of us in the Sac area. Do you think you will be attending? I have registered. :) It sounds like a good opportunity to meet and network with other investors here in our area.

Thanks for welcoming me guys. Again I am looking forward to learning more and then focusing on the area of investing that is appealing to me and my wife. I will take the time to learn this site and set up key words. That is something I am not familiar with.

Hey Bert your invitation sounds like a goodtime. I will have to check our calender to see if the 26th is open.

Hello,

My name is Tom Jones and I am located in the Sacramento CA. area. I have been in precision machining my entire working career, 27 years. It has provided a good living and still does. Recently I have been considering my exit strategy from working since I am no longer a spring chicken and would not like to be working in my older years. J I have known that RE investing is a good way to bring passive income for a long time but have never had the means to acquire investments. My wife’s uncles had left the work force utilizing buy and hold rental properties in the 80’s.

A few months back I came across Rich Dad Poor Dad audio books on You Tube. Listening to the 3 Rich Dad books has renewed my interest in RE investing. I have stumble across wholesaling and subject to leasing podcasts that really grabbed my interest. I had listened to an interview that featured Josh or Brandon a little over a month ago that drove me to Bigger Pockets. So now I have begun my education on RE investing. I am glad to found this resource and really looking forward to learning and then applying what I learn so my exit strategy from the work force can become reality.
