I met him today and he said its a short sale. Now I'm kind of debating I've discussed this with an attorney and according to him wholesaling a short sale can be illegal. Have you guys ever done a short sale?

Hey everyone! What are different ways to invest in real estate with 2k. I have tried wholesaling and I feel like it's not what I'm really into. What I'm passionate about is development and I'm pretty sure not everyone began investing in development with million of dollars. What are my options besides wholesaling? Thanks for the answers!

I received a call from a motivated seller and its a short sale? Can you actually wholesale a short sale? If yes how would I do it?

He owes 15k. The ARV is 95k. And no auction date yet but all said was soon

I received a call from a motivated sell who just wants to get rid of the property. I was doing my own research on the property and found that the property is in lis pender forclosure. He said if he doesn't sell the property it would be auctioned. Is there anyway I can close this deal? I'm new to wholesaling as well.
