@Henry Lazerow I'm not a fan of tattoos on MY body which is why I don't have any. However, I honestly wouldn't care if a realtor was covered in head to toe, so long as he was able to bring me some deals.

I don't believe that tattoos, piercings, etc. determine a person’s character, work ethic, etc. It's simply not that personal to me.

Post: Incentive/Pay when using Real Estate Agents for Deals

Hi! I'm new at investing. I have a friend who is a Real Estate agent that I'd like to utilize for help locating properties as well as MLS access for comps.

What is a fair incentive that I can offer? I don't expect him to help for free nor would I suggest it. I haven't approached him yet and I'd like to be sure that my approach is solid and most importantly, mutually beneficial.

Thank You in advance!

I met a hard money lender through a mutual contact and he has three properties that he is trying to get rid of because the investor that he loaned the money to, defaulted on the loans.

I'm interested in wholesaling because I don't have much money to find and flip. I  have not done a wholesale deal yet and I was wondering how should I approach this and whether or not it would be worth it. Is this something that I could possibly wholesale or would he most likely want to recoup what he lost? There is no obligation to buy all 3 homes as a package deal.

I'm not sure how to proceed. Please suggest a strategy on how I should proceed.

@Arianne L.  Wow! Just reading the comments on this thread has been so informative! I have taken so many notes.

@Arianne L. Thank you for sharing your story.  This is truly an inspiration!

Hi!

I'd like to do wholesale deals but I don't know where to start in order to secure my first deal. I have done an enormous amount of research and I feel as I am ready to start but I don't know where to start. I think I am suffering from information overload. How do I find the contracts needed for the State of Georgia? Any information or guidance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
