Can anyone recommend an agent who will connect with someone who lives out of state, CA? I've spoken to several agents over the phone in StL but no one has followed up beyond a hello.

Hi I am a contractor and new investor from Oakland CA. My father was raised in St. Louis, but I don't know the town well. I visited in 2002 just before he died and then recently this spring on a school tour for my son. I have been lurking and looking for the last year and am ready, very soon, to purchase a multi family. Just establishing network.  There is impressive development in progress. 

This BP community is amazing and I look forward to the investments but more so to the people involved in all aspects. 

Are people also having success in Carondelet, just north of there?
