@Brynn Misener, @Jonathan Wolter , I have a similar problem with my small portfolio of rentals. I own about 30 rentals all managed by great property managers (I have about 4 different managers). The problem is that every manager uses a different software to manage the properties and I get very multiple versions of reports.

I use Excel to consolidate my reports, for cash flow analysis, expenses, make sure that I have cash in all the different bank accounts. It's a very cumbersome process. I have never used QuickBooks, could it help me consolidate my reports?

@Upen Patel @James Wise

Thanks for the warm welcome. Feels like home :)

@Daniel Ryu

I would love to hear your thoughts regarding digital DD. Actually that is the main reason I love the US residential market. Transparency and ease of rice discovery. I'm sure that you have some great tips for me!

@Lumi Ispas

It's great to get to know you.

Hey everyone,

Going through the site is really great and I'm happy to participate. I've been investing in real estate in the USA and Europe for the last few years. Investing mainly in commercial deals, worked for a few years in risk management and later on for a real estate private equity firm in Israel. Now I am trying to enter the Single Family Rental investment world. Really trying to "learn the ropes" and this site is great for that.

Hope to learn more from all of you!

Looks great!
I believe that it's always good to invest in a good location with a great product and charge a premium.

Can you share what exactly what was done in order to more than double the rent?
