Proceed with caution.  He is a marketing machine for various programs.

I also took the weekend course 2 years ago.  There has been some changes to their program recently.

Don, I replied earlier commenting I took the St. Louis bootcamp. Found it extremely expensive to move forward with their package. Proceed with caution. They are now sending letters to National REIA clubs trying to book presentations.

I took the weekend course a couple of years ago.  At that time, it was $15k was to be in the inner circle with $500 per lead.  Thought it was expensive then.  The weekend course was good.  I did not move forward.  Found it to be a little high pressure selling.  They are now reaching out to national REIAs marketing their course.  Proceed with caution.

Joe, I also have shore properties for summer/winter rentals.  It has been the best season.  My BNB tenant declined because I requested a $3,000 commercial insurance policy they would be responsible for paying.

John, thanks for your reply.  My triplex building consists of 2 2bedroom apartments (one currently rented) and a 4 bedroom furnished unit (all rented to professional people) which I rent by the room in Philadelphia Pa. center city university city area.  This area is open to air bnb.  I currently do vacation rentals in the South Jersey shore area.  Doing a Air bnb something I do not have additional time.  This person is marketing to long term visiting nurses/medical people or university officials. I would agree tenant control if the one unit is rented to this person.

Does anyone have any experience renting to an Airbnb tenant? Has it been a good experience? Any special insurance requirements? Is the lease in the tenant's name or LLC?

Thanks in advance

Tom
