Can't hurt to give it a try - use their system to target certain geographic areas, interests, etc. I've boosted a post once and got over 1.5k additional views.

I use Squarespace for my company website. It allows for a clean looking design and is fairly simple to use. I recommend it.

Wholesaling or getting your real estate license is probably the best way for you to start - you need to build up some cash to invest or at least use as seed money. You could also attempt to raise money from friends and family to purchase your first deal.

I've seen a handful of others from clients and lenders. Most PFS have the same sections, but are just formatted in different ways.
