Hey Marcus! I only signed up a couple days ago and found this website very useful. You're definitely on the right path. Check out this article on wholesaling https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2016/07/0...

It's not as easy as it looks however but with drive and passion for learning it's a good start. They're also a bunch of people in the metro Atlanta area on here willing to mentor. But just look around they're other great articles.

Hey bigger pockets! My name is Tomas Sablon and I'm 21 years old as of July 25th! I am currently enrolled at Gwinnett Technical College where I am working on a bachelors degree for biology. However real estate is something I'm working on as a way to make income while I go to school and become a veterinarian. I have also started construction on a lot that I will build a house on to sell and would love to hear what other investors/entrepreneurs started young!
