Thanks Robin, the low 9% interest rate on the loan I assumed was because it's is a no-ratio DSCR loan, which carries a higher rate than standard DSCR loans with a 1.25 ratio. In any case as you suggested I will look into other lenders.

I am planning to create several LLCs in Massachusetts for my residential rental properties located in Boston. To comply with state requirements, I need resident agents in Massachusetts for each of these LLCs. I'm looking for recommendations on the easiest and most affordable professional services to act as registered agents, aside from using myself or a friend.

Does anyone have suggestions for cost-effective and reliable registered agent services in Massachusetts?

Thanks, Andrew, for your ideas. Yes, they are residential properties.

I'm an expat with a good salary paid in euros, already owning three properties in the Boston area and holding two mortgages. I'm looking to finance a fourth property. I have no W-2 income and have been advised to consider DSCR no-ratio loans, but current rates are in the low 9% range, which seems high. Are there any other mortgage options available for someone in my situation?
