Brian P. Thank you for the ideas, what I fail to mention is that the property has a lien, Purchased at tax sale by the HUD(gov agency). I got in contact with HUD and they told me they have no say until the redemption day is up. How would I go about look up the process to position myself to obtain ownership of this property is the particular website? I think the homeowner mite be decease. I try tracking down her kids or heirs. As far as the previous owners, she has occupied the property since the 60's. I feel I have exhausted all resource. Are there any other stones un-turn that I missed? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I have recently stumbled upon a property, which seem to be abandon and has gone through fire damage. Now i have done the due diligence of trying to track down the homeowner which in the title search seem as if they mite be deceased. Question is how do i go about trying to claim this property when it appears the homeowner is unreachable with no surviving relatives. What would be the process or steps needed in order claim this properties. Any advice or suggestion would be much appreciated.
