Thank you all for the feedback, Ian I will have to check on the BP meetup and I just put up a craigslist ad. Caleb I believe it is we are asking 90k it's worth about 128k it doesn't need any repairs maybe paint but tenants are in place on a monthly lease paying $950. It would be a quick flip or a buy and hold at about 25% ROI. I will have to look into going to the foreclosure auction, thank you Marcus.

Hello, we are new to wholesaling but we just got our first contract. It is a sfh in Lakeland 3/2 I'm trying to find the best way to market it for free. We so far have put it out on Facebook saying that we are looking for a cash Investor to assign it to. Are there any other ways to find Investors or ways to market for free. Thank you in advance for the help!
