Newbie here, can anyone advise what is best for webites. Is it bettr to design a site yourself or join an established site as an affiliate that directs leads to you.

If best to design your own site, how do you drive sellers to the site?

Need help on what type of LLC to form. My wife and I jointly own rental properties and would now like to get some protection from LLC. In looking up information I see that you can either form a sole owner or multi-owner. Is there any advantage to one versus the other?

Does anyone have experience with the Trum Real Estate Investment course? It is a bit pricey but if good may be worth the money - anyone?
