I'm wondering which resources can lead me to a list of local REIA and other networking events? Being new, I would love to expose myself and soak up as much as I can as quickly as I can.

First off, thank you to all that have made and contribute content to Bigger Pockets! This site is exactly what I need to get started on my journey and career. 

I'm a 25 year old University of Colorado graduate originally from South Florida. The love of my life (girlfriend of 6 years) followed me out to Boulder; where we live together (with a few other room mates). Since college, I have worked many different jobs in many different industries with none tickling my fancy. My interest in real estate began when my parents moved from house to house throughout my childhood and into my adulthood. All of the exposure with agents and markets around the country eventually blossomed into an idea: why can't I do that? I am currently studying for my Colorado real estate license, reading loads of books on real estate investing, listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast, and working at a real estate agency in the marketing department. Real estate and real estate investing will be my career because they combine some of my interests: focused hard work, monetary compensation related to my efforts, continuous learning, adaptation, and social interactions. I am young and hungry; and not afraid to fail, but driven to succeed.
