Looking for a reasonably-priced attorney to help defends a small claims case against me from a former tenant claiming that withholding their security deposit (legitimately I might add) caused her to have a heart attack. I’d like to discuss further. Thanks in advance for any referrals. 

Looking for good landlord insurance companies in Michigan (Warren, MI to be exact), since my current insurance provider, State Auto, is not renewing policies this year.  Seems like Foremost and Safeco are options, but nowhere near the price that State Auto was.  Any recommendations?
