Sorry I missed last night.  I am on my second multi family in Haverhill in a 12 mos.  Happy to connect with like minded folks in the area.  Suggested topics...eviction rules in Mass, experiences with deal financing other than conventional banks, types of insurances needed both property and personal, tools people use to manage their properties, recommendations for good contractors...thanks for reading...

Sorry, Bad info...confused it with a new deal.  On the commercial, its 4.5% 25 year.  Std was 30% down but since the local bank able to put lean on another property for 10%, the loan was at 20%.  Does that make sense?

I went with conventional loan, 25% down, 30 year.  Loving relationship with local bank. 3.5% as an investment property as I won’t be living in it.
