Hello everyone!! My name is Todd Snyder! My wife and I are aspiring real estate investors! We are extremely excited to get into our first deal! I have purchased and read 3 of Brandon Turners books (No Money Down, Rental Property Investing, and Managing Rental Properties). The book Rich Dad Poor Dad started us out on this crazy journey and we are very grateful for the amazing eye opening experience! We are currently working on a potential first deal with my fathers vacant property! I hope to work out a deal with him so that we can both win! I have a few questions that real estate investors (located in Ohio) might be able to answer! I will post my questions in a different thread. I am very grateful for the life changing information BiggerPockets has provided me and I look forward to a life full of learning with everyone here!
