I’m a licensed real estate agent in Whatcom County (with Windermere), and I’ve been actively driving for dollars, finding distressed and abandoned properties in Ferndale, Bellingham, and the surrounding areas. I’m building a detailed list and cross-referencing owner info to find real off-market opportunities.
