Hi, I've searched through a lot of credit unions and other banks and the cap on the HELOC amount I'm seeing is 250K.
Of course, assuming you have the equity, credit, etc.  Are there any banks out there that will exceed that amount?  What's the highest anyone has come across?  I'm located in AZ

Anyone out there that has successfully used Zoomeral and received their funds? Any updates from the previous people posting on here please?  New info?

Hi everyone, I'm having a hard time finding a DSCR lender and looking for some advice!

Looking for cash out refinances, 75% LTV, 30 year fixed. All seasoned at least 6 months, free and clear.

We meet all the criteria just fine except for the minimum loan amounts. We're doing about 4-5 properties every 1-2 months, all are around 80k to 120k in appraised value.

Has anyone out there done this before scenario before?

Hey George,
Thank you for the info!  If the 6 month seasoning period isn't an issue, how many of these loans am I able to obtain?  Asumming I can qualify for each of course. These aren't conventional loans?

Thank you Stephanie, I will do just that!  Appreciate it

Hey Chris,
I'm in a similar situation.... SFR, purchased in cash, complete remodel, looking to pull out 75%.  I have multiple properties in this situation.  Are you talking about conventional lending or private?

Hi everyone,
I'm an investor that has filled up all my conventional loan spots and I have more properties that I have purchased in cash, rehabbed, and looking to pull my money out.  (Single Family) I'm having a hard time finding a legitimate portfolio or private lender that will do a fixed 30 year loan/cash out refi for these investment properties.

I'm finding some companies out there, but not sure how legitimate they are.  Almost seems too good to be true regarding their rates/terms.

Haus Lending?

American Financial Network?

Any info or experiences would be great, appreciate it!

Hi,
I have some contacts that are willing to use their self directed 401 to lend me money to purchase some investment properties.
From what I've gathered, the terms, rates, and any other details of the loan are strictly up to the individual and myself.
The question I have is if I get a loan from this individual, will this show up on my credit report if I were to apply for a loan through a traditional bank?  I'm going to be refinancing my primary home and don't want to throw off my debt to income ratio.
I'm assuming since this is essentially a private loan, that nothing is reported to anyone, other than the interest to the IRS that the individual will be making off the loan.

Thoughts?  Experience from anyone?
I appreciate it!
