I think it would be a good idea to clear out the old first

I would recommend real estate should be purchased first, when the money is rolling in, it. Could then pay for her schooling

I think It depends on you and your area, I choose to buy my own home first.  And that worked out very well for me.  My brother bought a investment home first, and that worked out well for him.  So I think it depends on your area, and your particular needs.

You could most likely have them call the number on the card, and listen to the last few deposits made.

3 yrs of college for business management.  And have been a business owner for approx 12 yrs, including starting my own, and buying 4 other businesses.  I started my own business while I was in college, it helps to make college more meaningful if you are in the field doing business while in business school.

I have bought multiple businesses, and am now in real estate while operating businesses, I like real estate more, as people really need a place to live, so I feel it has more probability of being more secure, whereas with a business, it is quite easy to lose business accounts, as I found out with my latest janitorial business acquisition.  I realize that that not all businesses can be judged the same, but for me in the providing service industry, it is really easy to lose accounts.  For instance we had a janitorial account for a insurance office, and they decided to cut ties with as there was a single mom working there and needed to make more money, so they allowed her to do the cleaning.  Aso there can easily be turnover when a  new property manager, comes in and wants to use his guy etc, with rentals if a tenant leaves u just put someone else in.

Educate yourself, don't post dumb things on social media, people might google you.  Once  you have some deals under your belt, you can show others what you have already accomplished

If I ever had a tenant threaten a lawyer, I would not want to renew.

2001 toyota echo, has approx 170k miles on it, bought it for 2500.00 with approx 70k miles on it

1995 honda odyssey van, bought for 1600.00 with somewhere around 120k +or- miles

2014 polaris ranger 400 ho, won in a raffle, I have seriously considered selling this, but I own country land, and have 4 kids, and want to move to the country, and buy and sell vacant country land, and this could be useful.

15 ft jon boat, bought for 2500.00, it is currently for sale for 4250.00( bought my last boat for approx 1000.00 kept it for a few months and sold it for 3000.00, the last boat helped me buy another house)
