@Will Zena

I do not know. I've not heard anything about new sales or purchases recently.

Just for fun on a Friday morning I thought I would post a couple more Morris/Oceanpointe "Rehabbed House" photos that I ran across when I was doing some file clean-up.

@James Wise

We have assisted some owners/management clients to sell their properties but we are not doing "turn-key" properties at the moment. We do have some distressed property inventory as well.

Our focus is primarily Property Management and construction/maintenance/rehab services. We are managing the construction of a new carport at an apartment complex among other things.

@James Wise

Get video James. Love the energy and passion. For almost 20 years we did turn-key in Indy. We turned between 3 to 6 properties every month. Market sphincter is so tight now we haven't done one for almost a year. I'm sure we'll jump back in when the market changes.

CRAZY! I just closed my "Keep My Notes" app on my phone and received a targeted ad for guess who?!?.....Morris Invest!

This guy is relentless in his marketing. Too bad he used his talents for evil instead of good.

@Clay Manship

Thanks for the kind words Clay. We try to do what we can. Hopefully justice will be served soon.

@Jim K

@Jay Hinrichs is exactly right on the properties they bought. No thoughts or consideration of type of property, location, etc. It was all about price point and availability.

Regarding your other question, the pictures are of the front of the house from the street. According to the Indianapolis Fire Dept. report the fire happened 1/11/17. According to the public tax records, Oceanpointe bought the property 11/30/2017 and they sold the property to Rick 1/17/18. It was in this condition when Oceanpointe bought it and it was sold to Rick in the exact same condition for an additional $33K mark-up. The posted pictures were taken June 13, 2018.
