@Account Closed thank you sir! I’m also looking in OKC, Norman, Midwest city. Hoping to get some deals soon. Right now I believe inventory is low nationwide so Oklahoma is no different. But I love the fact that air-force base is located there along with OKC growth beat the national levels.

Hey guys, I am looking at some multi family properties on the north side of Douglas & Victor street. Properties are very close to Piattos Pizza & Gnome Brewery. Is it a decent area to own rental properties? I haven't lived in ICT for 7 years however I visit every few months or so. Any suggestions/advice would help me tremendously. Thanks in advance.

Hey Guys, I was contacted by a seller in Enid regarding his properties (he is retiring). From quick glance the numbers work however I have no knowledge of Enid, OK. Any comments & advice would be very much appreciated.

Property is on Mosher Drive in Enid. I have never been to Enid but this one fits my criteria. Seller is retiring. Also is there any natural disaster we should keep in mind, is the city investor friendly, is that area growing etc are some questions I have in mind. Thanks in advance.
