Thank you all for the information on building a wholesale buyer's list. I hope to implement some of these ideas when I get around to building my own wholesale buyers list. Again, thanks!

enjoyed reading all the replies. I'm a newbie here and looking to get started in wholesaling. Thanks all!

Hi Everybody. My name is Dion and I am new to biggerpockets. I have been reading some of the comment here and have tuned in on some of the verbal battles regarding wholesalers. Some like them. Many don't. Anyway, my interest here is to learn as much as I can about wholesaling property. Yes, I have read some books and articles on real estate investing; however, I have not made any actual investments. Two things I'm interested in learning more about are getting the numbers right and assignming a contract. Again, I'm a newbie and wanting to get off to a good start. Any sugguestions?

I'm a newbie here and enjoyed reading the contentious back and forth among the all of you. Although I have read a number of books and articles on real estate, I have never made a single real estate investment. I hope to change all of that by becoming a--sorry, guys--a lowly wholesale investor. Hopefully, I can follow in the footsteps of J Scott, Rich Wesson, and Jerry Puckett.
