Thanks Bill....I'm looking forward to getting a "team" of sorts together and start writing offers by the end of July. It's that first step that is the hardest and I want to do all I can to assure my success.

First let me say that this site is by far the best thing I could have done to learn investing practices. Thanks to all for the very informative content.
I am particularly interested in learning wholesaling for my short term goals and have been reading the pros and cons of handling subject to's, transactional funding, double closings, etc. Does anyone have experience in Kentucky? I'm about 50 miles south of Louisville and would like to know if it is better to use an attorney to do closings or find a knowledgeable title company and it seems as there are many different opinions.
