List Price $97,900 was $107,000 seems to be in good condition.

3 br 2 ba sqft Single-Family Home 1225 sf
Great Rm w/fireplace, 3 BR's, 2 Baths, split BR plan, tile in entry, GR, Kitchen and Breakfast area, pantry, laundry room, stor. rm, att. single carport, fenced back yard, front porch. The Department of Veterans Affairs is the owner of record.

Recent comps show that the homes in that area carry a weight at about 117 to 145K . There is one more home for sale down the rd and that is on the market in the 140 range.

This would be my primary home. My plan is to work on updating the property over about one years time then flip for a profit. Also where should I start my bid, I was told to offer 85% of list. Does that sound about right?
