Figured out my issue.  For those that did purchase the audio book, there is no code needed. Follow the link given through out the book. If you download the content and can't open it, download a program that lets you open zip file. Afrer downloading the content from the website, I downloaded WinRAR. Next, I had to go to downloads folder on my computer, right click the file called "rental-book-forms" and choses "open with" then I chose "WinRAR archiver". From there I could open the bonus content.  The file you'll download is a zip file but mine did not open through the right program automatically thus the error. 

I cannot access the material either. I emailed the email address on the website ending in /promotions I saw in an earlier post with my proof of purchase but it was no help at all (so frustrated). The other site that ends in /landlordbookbonus (which is where the audio book said go) downloads the material but an error messages pops up when you try to open. Please help!!
