Sorry Mr Reed, for nor responding until now,

I had over looked your response to my query re. REACT Program

It stands for reverse engineering assignment of contract and terms.

It was coined and started by Jon and Stephanie Ianotti,

who are real estate investors on the east coast.

Their program has a'no refund' policy and unfortunately I've had begun to learn why they don't want to give the money back.

Because I've realized, I've bought courses for 1/10 the price and received a better return on my investment.

Has anybody in the BP Community ever worked with the REACT JV program.

I signed up over a month ago and I am still trying  to get a handle on working the high end 'pretty house'leads in my Chicago metro markets,  so that I can score a deal under the REACT system.

If any of you guys and gals are familiar with the REACT Business philosophy ;  let's maybe do some deals together.  Or at least start a forum on learning the marketing end of the business.
