Hello,

I am a new investor from Houston TX, starting in buying and holding properties. I was wondering if anyone could help me and know a way that you could quickly and with no hassle connect and disconnect the utilities such as water, electricities, and gas in the properties, without having to keep calling the companies one by one for each property after the purchase and every time renewing and renting out the properties?

Thank you very much in advance

I just uploaded one from SCORE. It works for most lenders. Jon Holdman is correct they will still want your tax statements.

Mr. Greenberg, I am looking to learn how to write a personal statement as well, and I came across your post. You mentioned you have uploaded one from SCORE but I am not sure how to access this file. Can you please help me find it please? Thank you in advance.
