@Joey Noel,

Your are right about the C areas being street to street. We have mainly focused on C properties for our TK buyers, but we are starting to transition to a 50/50 split between C and B properties because of the demand for B properties. 

I am curious about your property in Center Point... Do you consider it a B property of a C property? I consider Center Point mostly B, but there are some areas that I would consider C or worse. 

I will be happy to speak with you about the C class areas in Birmingham. I am more than glad to give you my detailed analysis on each area.

Welcome Gary! I would recommend that you go to some of the meetups hosted by J Benoit. You will meet a lot of the active Birmingham investors there. They are hosted on the third Tuesday night of each month.
