Any RE attorney's practicing in Wisconsin on here? If so, let me know. We're looking for WI local counsel.

Thanks,

Tom

Congratulations! Keep up the great work.

BP Members in Vail Valley - I'm going to be out that way at the end of the week and would love to catch up with any fellow members while out there. I'm taking a look at a couple of our investor's projects and planning to camp/hike weather permitting.

Let me know if you're available.

Thanks,

Tom

One of my colleagues is in a bind and needs to speak with a landlord/tenant attorney (or one versed in eviction procedures, regs, etc.) in Colorado ASAP. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

@Brett K. - In my experience, hard money rates are anything but typical. Rates are all over the place and vary according to a number of factors. Seems like you found what you were looking for though.

Good Luck!

BP,

I wanted to let you know Re/Solve Funding is still offering for a limited time a 9.95% rate and 0 points for Colorado residential real estate deals if your loan meets the following parameters:

-7 month loan or less

-70% LTV or better

-100-800k

-non-owner occupied

-non-consumer

*no draws [or draws w/ ~1% annualized increase to rate]).

Stop overpaying for money. For 30% down receive rates 30% cheaper than Hard Money. Re/Solve Funding rates are uniquely tailored to each deal. Every term sheet has multiple options to choose from, so you can get the exact rates that fit your needs.

As a new private lender in Colorado, we want to build the reputation of being cheap and easy. Allow us the opportunity.

Please give me a call at 9135447170 or respond to [email protected] if you want to discuss.

Thanks and have a great day.

Tom

@Account Closed We're working on the project review form link. We're handling intake forms manually for the next week or so.

Thanks again for letting me know.
