Thank you everyone, I have already set up "keywords alerts" and I hope and pray I get all the tips I needed to do the business, thanks Brandon for articles tips to read.

I have this question for you guys again, I saw some forsale signs in my area, can I just walk in and talk to the property owner, or call the estate agent to enquires about the property, or is there any articles to read for this process how to start a conversation with the owner before proceeding to ask about their forsale property.  Thanks

Hi all, I am glad to join this forum, I am a newbie, looking for help to some of the question I have regarding wholesaling.  Does anyone have a recipe to conquer fear, my area have some fosale sign in front of their houses, should I just walk in, and start negotiating, or do I call the estate agent and ask for about the property . I do not have any money to start this business, and I understand you can start this business with, or without money.  Please help
