Try Reading Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book by Joe Fairless.
I believe he has other books that go with the series.

I will be reading it next but @Aaryan Patel  can you a review.

Hope it helps!

Post: The Process of Retirement

I’m 15 and getting into real estate; particularly rental, and while reading Brandon Turner’s: Book on Rental Property Investing, I realized I didn’t know the process of going into retirement. How do you declare/decide you want to retire and how does taxes, your income, and etc. all work?

So say I chose real estate as my career and had no money prior, therefore, I get a junior debt loan on some type of rental property. However, would you recommend getting a short term job in the beginning of a real estate career to be able to pay for daily/common expenses?

I’ve heard people having a job and also doing real estate and some quitting there job to do real estate full time, but i’m curious if getting a job is recommended or commonly done in the beginning of successful real estate careers.

Hi, I am 15 years old and am very interested in learning about real estate.

I've been doing a teeny bit of research here and there. I don't know very much at all and wanted to know what you recommend I do to gain more knowledge in real estate and set myself up for success in my future since I plan on it becoming my career and am pretty set on that.

If you know any articles, books, or just anything that could help me get on my path to gaining more knowledge about real estate I would love that.

Thanks,

Tiya
