Hi my name is Eric, I'm sort of new to Real Estate Investing. I've read alot of books over the years but I haven't done anything with the knowledge I've learned yet. I've always waited for the 'perfect' opportunity, but of course the 'perfect' anything never comes, lol. I want to get over my fear of making a big mistake and finally do something about it this year. I hope to learn all I can from all of you that have been in the business for awhile, thanks.
