The proof of funds letter was accepted, however they actually will not let us close with hard money even if we show cash. We can only close with conventional financing or cash.

We have been buying short sales for investment purposes, primarily fix and flip. We just got a rejection from BofA and the reason given was that we had a hard money loan, and they will only accept conventional financing or cash to purchase the property. Has anyone ran across this, and is there any resolution?
