@Kevin Wang That's a good suggestion. I think I'll research a good pay by minute service as a backup. I'm checking with another wholesaler who may be interested in handling those calls in the future. Cheers to the learning process.

I just started marketing in DFW and just received my first call from a seller that does not speak english. I didn't consider the non English speakers in the area. I don't want to miss out on possible lead because of this. Any suggestions?

I want to create a list of properties that are delinquent on taxes. I've called to the county clerk's office but they referred me to their collection agency for a tax foreclosure list. I would think there is a list of properties that owe taxes before they are referred to collections.  Can someone point me in the right direction?

@Alex Deacon That makes a lot of sense Alex and I appreciate you taking the time to respond. The deals I see may not be that great since they are being presented to the public. I'll keep my eyes open for those homeruns. Best of luck to you as well.

What are attractive deals to buyers in the DFW area? I've seen quite a few listings for somewhere between 75% - 80% of ARC. I thought the rule of thumb was about 60%. Is that hard to come by in this market?

I'd like an answer for this question too. I think I may just put mine up Friday thru Sunday in my area. I honestly don't see many up at all so I assume they take them down pretty quickly.
