@Timothy Lewman Mashvisor gives beginner real estate investors the opportunity to compete with experienced investors on an equal footing, but having said that you can't beat the onsite experience.

@Josh Shaughnessy Apart from paint and basic updates, What I personally have found that gives me a great return on investment is updating anything to do with the kitchen, especially the appliances. Again it depends on potential tenant but a nice kitchen will always work!
