Thomas Franklin special thanks to you for taking the time to give me so much information! I am working on your suggestions now. Found a friend of mine that has his real estate license now. Would have never known unless i opened mouth and started talking about investing in real estate. Because he does it on the side. His full time job is being a fireman. It goes to say that networking is key to this business open your mouth and get results! Also going to get my real estate license after listening to podcast 10 Flipping Houses 101 with guest J. Scott. His take on getting your real estate license really made since to me. Being apart of every aspect of your deals not having to call your real estate agent every time you want to communicate anything is awesome. The access to the MLS was another great point. I'm going all in this real estate business lol. Real Estate school here i come. Thanks again to everyone that posted. Shout out to Josh and Brandon awesome site! DETROIT!!!!!!! lol

hi everyone new to the site very excited about investing in real estate.  I 'm a cable technician from Ocala FL  have been for the past 15 years and i love it.  Meeting new people everyday and forming friendships with them its amazing. But you do have your bad DAYS! LOL Over all its a great job. i have had an interest in real estate ever since listening to rich dad poor dad on CD. The information just made so much since.  If you have any tips for purchasing my first flip i am open to it. Thx

This is the first  bit of content i have read since joining Bigger Pockets. They way everyone is so helpful is amazing, I have learned a lot in 15 minutes of reading all the posts. So glad i joined Bigger Pockets EXCITED! My Education continues....... LOL
