We are actually looking out of state. This area is still a bit too high for our pocketbooks. One home (ours) is plenty. :-)

Hi all.

My wife and I are just getting started in buying single-family cashflow properties. Our long term goal is to hold at least 10 properties.

I've been reading the forums for a while now and feel slightly intimidated by the depth on knowledge. Hopefully I will be able to tap into some of that and gain confidence moving forward.
