Hi, i am looking to buy a property in orlando for buy and hold.   Can anyone please recommend a good real estate agent for that?

Thanks

I saw people are asking about non-conventional loans.  My personal experiences with investment loans were tough too.  A lot of banks require landlord experiences, income qualification and etc

I just ran into a small bank that offers investment loans that don't require anything above.

PM me if you need more information

The problem about Houston is the land is so big, so the city keeps spreading out.   In my view, only complexes in the center of the city is worth investing.    I don't know what you guys think

My friend eventually sold the first portfolio and bought another one close to medical center.  I think he used a local bank to get financing

I have a friend who bought a rental portfolio in Houston for $10m, with 20% down payment.

I wonder if there are any deals like that in Charlotte areas?   Do you guys know if any banks lend to deals like this?

Thanks

thank you.  Do you live in New York too?  Do you invest in other states besides jersey city?  What about nassau county?

Hi, there

I am new to the forum, and have started reading old posts here.  They are very helpful.  Thank you all very much for the sharing.

I am in NYC, and the city doesn't sell tax lien to individual investors.   From what I read here, at the beginning, it's better to focus on one state, and invest in counties where you can go visit.  So can anyone please give me suggestions which state and which county should I start?    Anyone here also live in nyc,  and choose online auction to invest in another state?

Thank you in advance.
