Mobile home sale...

Someone with a mobile home for sale called us from one of our bandit signs (we're wholesaling). It's in a nice 55+ park in Tucson Az. It doesn't look like it needs much work & they're only asking $9900 for it. Does anyone have any ideas of how we can help these folks?

That is what I was thinking @Brandon Battle. However unfortunately I do not think that's the case. If there was a fire, the tenant would file a claim for their belongings with their renters insurance even if the fire was no fault of their own.

Hi there! If a tenant's belongings are damaged because of a large leak in the roof top AC unit which is obviously the landlord's responsibility... Who should file an insurance claim? The tenant under their renter's insurance or the landlord?
