A lot of the discussions here are going to be very much a North American application to investing since regulations and financing are somewhat similar for the US/CA, but likely different for Africa/Europe etc. I think the resources that are useful for you will be in the discussions of how to invest e.g. what to look for and how to capitalize it. But ultimately you'll need to adjust the information for your local opportunities.
