@Thomas Franklin you have definitely given me a lot of information to process and consider. I am still earning a lot and I am afraid I am still quite naive' to all of this yet. I am learning quickly and devouring all the information I receive. I am certainly open to all my options and would absolutely love to discuss working with you. I will definitely be in touch! Thank you again

@ScottSchultz All advice and input is greatly accepted and appreciated! Thanks Scott. Wholesaling is to simply get my feet wet so that I can move on to bigger and better. I am also fortunate to be able dip my toes in the Las Vegas market also, makes me feel a little better to have that back up instead of only the Fox Valley.

I will certainly reach out!

Thomas, this is wonderful advice, thank you! I will definitely start looking for realtors, my son has stated he would like to get his, license as well...we both think this would be a win win for us as well.

Any advice on finding and what to ask to find an investor friendly Title company, I would like to have one established rather quickly, as I am actively searching for properties and hope to have deals lined up quickly. Thank you

Hello! So, I've been running my dad's company for the last 3 years...but it's not my passion, I have been dreaming about Real Estate Investing for as long as I can  remember and I'm DONE just dreaming, it's time for action!!

I'm starting out with wholesaling to get my feet wet. As I grow, I will then get into fix and flip. My ultimate goal is to purchase/build a few multi-family complexes to build a retirement fund and pass on to my sons who are just as passionate about investing as I am. My younger son is also joining this process with me and will be our "boots on the ground" in Las Vegas

I thank you in advance for any advice you all will give that is going to help me succeed. I look forward to working with you all.
