Estimates and Contractors needed to start work ASAP In Waukee, IA!

Negotiating a deal in Waukee, and needing a qualified estimate of work to help accurately make an offer on the property. We will need contractors for the job, and we hope to complete the work before EOM March. Please contact if you are interested and have the bandwith!

Thanks!

@jimgoebel

Thanks Jim..
If there is not a mortgage on the property and I want the earnings and rental activities all under the LLC business account instead of my own personal account, there are some tax and liability protection advantages in that approach? I have heard both yes and no. Or do I need to create it under a solo 401k or eqrp?

@Joshua Dorkin

Hi Joshua, some of the forum discussions in this link are very old. Is the information still viable if it was posted 10-12 years ago? My concern would be changes in tax laws, market conditions, etc.?

I’m a newbie pro member, but I’ve noticed my searches are retreiving posts that have some age on them. I have been trying to filter posts that are within the last year, because I felt they would be most relevant. Maybe I am making a inaccurate assessment? Or I’m simply not reading the dates correctly.

@Willie Flint

I have posted the same question. I have a rental 100% equity and want to move it to my business LLC? Seems there are a few options to choose from.

I have a rental property with no mortgage that I've owned for about four years. I have a new LLC to start my real estate investment business and I would like to know if I should transfer that rental property over into my LLC and the best way to do that?
