Is it possible to use a real estate agent as a “boots on the ground” acquisition rep? I live in California and have several hot leads in the Corpus Christi, Texas market. (Im originally from Texas). We source our own leads and have our own buyers, but we need a person with to physically check out the properties and meet with sellers face to face. Can you use a realtor for this? What would the pay structure look like?
