Looking for an accountant to do our LLC taxes.
We were just informed by our California accountant that he can't help with our Kansas LLC. We wish we were informed sooner as we are now in a hurry. 
We have 2 properties, both purchased in 2017. A duplex in Wichita KS and a house on contract in Iowa. 
The two partners are in LA and Des Moines, IA but we are happy working remotely. 

I am looking to purchase a foreclosure in Wichita that needs quite a bit of work and I am looking for a recommendations on a General Contractor that can give me an estimate. Any suggestions?

I'm from out of state, but I'm getting into investing in the Tampa area. I'm actually travelling to Tampa this weekend, and if you and everyone else on BP in the Tampa area want to have a casual meet up Sunday evening to just talk and network, I'd be interested. I looked into the local established REI groups, but didn't see anything going on while I'm in town - so this would be a chance for me to meet local investors. Anyone want to meet?

Interested in smaller multi family. Actively looking for deals. I'll be in the area this Sunday and Monday.
