Thanks for the replies

The thought behind flipping part would be stack cash for buy and hold, which is ultimate goal.  I see where the two might contradict though. I am open to suggestions and plan to begin the search soon.

My name is Tim Sprouse and i am looking to get into flipping and buy/hold real estate in the Boise area. I am currently a commercial Superintentdent building mostly large box retail from 100,000 - 1,000,000 SF projects nationwide

I have extensive construction experience but little rental experience. I would like to find like minded individuals to gain knowledge from.  Someone strong in rentals and acquisitions but maybe weak on rehab side would be a good match. We could draw from one anothers strengths and experiences.
