Awesome! If you want, shoot me a direct message and we can stay in touch for next time you're in Venice if I'm around! For markets, I've been doing a lot of stuff with Baltimore properties lately. There's some great stuff there!

Indeed, My parents have a few properties in the Baltimore area near John Hopkins. I haven't done much homework in that area, but from time to time I see properties pop up with good potential. This would be my first purchase so I'm not looking to rush into anything, but I am willing to get my feet wet.

Thank you, I just found the thread I appreciate the extended invite.

Price of course and its a good cash flow area. From my research it is also up and coming. Its rated top 10 in the market for college grads, there are fortune 500 companies. Cleveland is home to Global Center for Health and Innovation, which is very large in the health care perspective. If not Cleveland, which areas would you recommend ?

Hello everyone,

My name is Tim 31, was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I joined BP for knowledge on investment properties and also the do's/don'ts. I have been actively looking for investment properties in the Cleveland,OH area. My first purchase would to be financed of course, but I would really appreciate any help/feedback from board members.

 Thank you,
