Hi all,

I’m currently with Mobile Insurance out of the Woodlands TX. But they are not renewing my policy.  Looking for other options in TX. It is a 120 space mobile home and RV Park. Thanks

A perches price would help also?  If you only pay 300,000. It’s probably a good deal.

Thank you guys. I might just have to fix it myself. The only thing is, they still owe me for putting on their skirting. So it’s doubtful they will pay me for this. I think I’m just going to give them an eviction notice after I fix there water heater issue.

I have a tenant that has a leaking hot water heater. The refuse to fix it. I pay the water for the whole park. We have given them several notices to fix it. Is it legal to turn their water off until it’s fixed?

I have about 40 RV spaces spread out between 8 acres of land.
