I had a discussion with an investor friend of mine the other day over self managing my multi family properties( right now 6 units) because I know no company will maintain my properties like I will. His suggestion was to consider starting a property management and manage others peoples properties too. My vision is to buy and hold many properties in my investing career and my question is...... What are other paths that I can take other than starting a property management company or becoming a realtor.....?  On top of that, any insight on what an asset manager does?

Thank you!

I'd like to install 1 or 2 security cameras at my rental property. I'm confused by any online information on the types of cameras. I will not have access to wifi ( I don't want to use a tenants wifi to connect to the cameras). How do I install cameras or are there any suggestions on cameras that I can install where I don't have to worry about this?

I drove by a home that looked like as though it was abandoned.  So I looked further into it and found out that it was foreclosed on 1-2 years ago. I'm not sure why it hasn't been sold/ auctioned off but I am trying to find out more information about it. I can't find any contact info on home owner but I did find out the lender on the property. Is there a way to contact somebody to find more information about the foreclosure.

I also tried a deed search and nothing shows up from the past 10 years. Any suggestions??

Thank you!

I’d like to install a few outdoor cameras but from what I’m reassign, I would need to use a tenants WiFi. Is there another way to do this.

I'm looking to install two outdoor cameras at one of my rental properties and I'm reading that I will need a wifi connection to use. How can I do this without needing to use one of the tenants wifi?

I'm looking on registry of deeds in a particular county and am looking for foreclosure notices or foreclosure deeds. My question is, how long from when they first receive that letter would I have to send the homeowner a letter offering to buy it, before the bank officially owns it and it is in official foreclosure.

I'm looking into acquiring 10+ units and I stumbled on this loan program and I can't seem to find a lot of information or success stories with it.

I am looking on public records and see that some homeowners pay for a "Declaration of Homestead". It seems that homeowners can do it for protection, but do they generally do it because they may be in distress from unsecured creditors and are in a financial situation?

Thank you

Hey everyone, I am looking to purchase a commercial condo for my contracting business. Ultimately I would like to make a well informed investment decision and would like to see if anyone else has any experience with buying investment condos. Side note: this will be a buy and hold(20+ years). Are commercial condo prices as volatile as other real estate during big market swings?? Thank you all!

Post: How to build Real Estate landing page

I have  worked on building my real estate team and strategies for finding off market properties. Now I'd like to build myself a landing page using squarespace. I am looking for advice from other investors who have created landing pages to attract off market deals. What have you included on your pages that you have found success with.

Other than a contact now button I am not sure what else to include to entice or otherwise get a homeowner to connect with me.

Thoughts...??

Thank you!
