Does anyone know what items you need to construct or install in subdividing a lot in

se portland  so you aren't required to pay $600 a foot for the ltic? I know sidewalks

but what street improvements are required? asphalting ? how much of street, drainage?

What kind? Are we required to install large street pipes?I'm looking at a lot 100' x 100' on unimproved street in SE. $600 a foot is lot of money to pay when none of this will

improve my property ,it will be used somewhere else. Your input would be appreciated
