Post: How do I remove a squatter from an auction house I bought.

I just bought a house at auction in Pasco County FL.  It was owned by the bank after the previous owner died and his heirs let it go back to the bank. After the purchase, I found out that one of the adult sons of the previous owner has been living there since his dad died. I have contacted him and he refuses to pay any rent and while he says he is looking for another home, he does not know how long it will take. What are my recourses? I think I need to file something to at least get the process going. Help!
